At Carnations by Shavi, we care deeply about your experience. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
1) Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted immediately after placing the order and before the order has been prepared or dispatched.

Once preparation has begun or the shipment process has started, we’re unable to cancel the order.
2) Non-Cancellable Items (Perishables)

Orders for perishable products (e.g., fresh flowers, edible hampers) cannot be cancelled.

If you believe the product quality is unsatisfactory on delivery, please contact us the same day so we can review and arrange a suitable resolution (refund or replacement) after verification.
3) Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described

If your item arrives damaged/defective, or differs from what you expected, notify our Customer Care on the day of delivery (by 11:59 PM IST) with your order number and brief details (photos may be requested to assist verification).

Claims are actioned after our quality check and verification. Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or refund.
4) Returns Requirement

Refunds/replacements are processed only upon return of the damaged/defective product in its original condition and packaging, unless we instruct otherwise.
5) Refund Timelines

Once approved, refunds are initiated to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the amount.
6) Legal & Compliance

We may share necessary information to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests and to protect our rights.
