At Carnations by Shavi, we care deeply about your experience. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.

1) Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests are accepted immediately after placing the order and before the order has been prepared or dispatched.

  • Once preparation has begun or the shipment process has started, we’re unable to cancel the order.

2) Non-Cancellable Items (Perishables)

  • Orders for perishable products (e.g., fresh flowers, edible hampers) cannot be cancelled.

  • If you believe the product quality is unsatisfactory on delivery, please contact us the same day so we can review and arrange a suitable resolution (refund or replacement) after verification.

3) Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described

  • If your item arrives damaged/defective, or differs from what you expected, notify our Customer Care on the day of delivery (by 11:59 PM IST) with your order number and brief details (photos may be requested to assist verification).

  • Claims are actioned after our quality check and verification. Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or refund.

4) Returns Requirement

  • Refunds/replacements are processed only upon return of the damaged/defective product in its original condition and packaging, unless we instruct otherwise.

5) Refund Timelines

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the amount.

6) Legal & Compliance

  • We may share necessary information to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests and to protect our rights.
