These Terms govern orders and deliveries made through Carnations by Shavi. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Natural Variations & Substitutions
Flowers are natural products. If any stem is unavailable or not fresh, our expert florists may substitute it with the closest, fresh alternative of equal or greater value, ensuring your arrangement looks beautiful and offers full value. -
Delivery Window & Pre-Call
Orders are delivered between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM on the scheduled delivery date. We may call you (or the recipient) one day prior to confirm details. -
Force Majeure
If delivery cannot be completed on the chosen date due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism), we will re-attempt delivery at the earliest opportunity. -
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an incorrect/incomplete address is provided and we cannot reach the recipient to confirm, delivery charges will apply whether or not delivery is completed, due to the perishable nature of flowers. Re-delivery may incur additional fees. -
Recipient Unavailable / Delivery Delays
If delivery is delayed because the recipient is unavailable or due to other recipient-side constraints, we will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery. Refunds will not be provided in such cases, and any subsequent re-delivery will be chargeable. -
Delivery Time Specificity
We strive to deliver on the requested date. Exact delivery times are not guaranteed unless a time-specific “special delivery” service has been pre-booked and paid for. -
Address Confirmation Calls
To ensure timely delivery, we may contact the customer or recipient to confirm the address or delivery instructions. -
Cancellations & Address Changes
Cancellations or address changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date/time. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery are not eligible for a refund. -
Quality Assurance & Claims
We guarantee your flowers arrive in excellent condition. If your order is damaged in transit or not as described, please retain the flowers and contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number (photos may be requested). Because flowers are perishable, claims made after 24 hours cannot be accepted. Where possible, we will replace damaged items; if replacement is not feasible, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
